Eli Home Products Return Policy
Eli Home Products will accept returns within 30 Days from date of order under the following guidelines shown below:
- All returned products must be in like-new condition, unused and uninstalled, in original packaging and must include all original items; for example: Installation Instructions, Parts Diagram, Care Instructions, Mounting Hardware, etc… Do not put shipping labels, packing tape, or any writing on original product boxes. All original boxes must be returned inside another box. Any products that are returned without their original boxes, instructions, and internal packaging, and are not in new re-sellable condition will be considered incomplete returns and no refund will be issued.
- All returns require a return goods authorization number (RGA).
- All shipments must be inspected for accuracy within 72 hours of delivery. Items reported incorrect or missing after the 72 hour inspection limit will not be considered for re-shipment.
- If returned within 30 days from receipt of Purchase Order: 15%
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF ORDER
- If you decide to return an item that was part of a free shipping promotion, our initial shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
- Expedited shipping and charges for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International destinations will not be refunded.
Products not eligible for returns:
- Any item that has been assembled, installed, modified or used in any way.
- Any item that does not include an RGA number issued by Eli Home.
- Any item that is not in resalable condition.
- Any item that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials.
- Custom orders.
When returning an item, please ensure the following:
- PROPER PACKAGING: Re-pack products for return in the original box with original packaging material. Use the return shipping label provided, or your own shipping label. Be sure to write the RGA # on the form provided by Eli Home. This RGA form must be included with the return. Do not write on the box to maintain its like-new condition. Improper labeling may result in the denial of return.
- PROPER PACKAGING FOR KITCHEN SINKS: Kitchen sink re-packaging instructions must be used to avoid damages in transit. Kitchen sink re-packaging instructions can be requested via email at: EliHomeProducts@gmail.com
- SHIP & INSURE: Next, ship the product to the address provided using your choice of carriers. We recommend insuring the package against loss or damage. Returns that are lost or damaged during transit will not be replaced or refunded by Premier Copper Products.
- TRACKING NUMBER: Please e-mail EliHomeProducts@gmail.com the tracking number so that we can check on the status of your return.
- Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging, and confirmed to be free of damage and uninstalled, the refund or credit will be processed.
- Exchanges are allowed within 15 days from date of order.
- A 5% re-packaging fee applies to any items that are crated, e.g., kitchen sinks, bathtubs and any other products that are shipped in a crate.
- The above return policy applies to all exchanges.
